Epicuria was the first transit node to be developed as a hospitality project cashing in on the already available footfalls due to the Nehru Place Metro Station. Today it is one of the most successful Urban open spaces in Delhi. Simple local materials like Delhi Quartzite coursed random rubble masonry with a touch of peacock blue coloured hand-made tiles were used for a contemporary experience with rustic materials. With its open layout, rich planting and clever use of the terrain, it creates an engaging environment for fine dining experience and a food court along with an INOX multiscreen cinema.
