SJA Consultants is a landscape, architecture and urban design practice based in New Delhi since 2000 (Formerly Sachin Jain Architects since 1991). Our portfolio of work consists of prestigious projects in India and abroad spanning varied typologies like Hospitality, Public parks & Memorials, Recreational, Residential Group-housing, Integrated townships, Institutions, Heritage, Infrastructure projects & Temples for public and private clients, including several award-winning projects.

Our Approach

Context & Site

For every project we take clues from context, site features, topography, and wherever possible look for opportunities to theorise around a chosen theme based on literature, art, or a living thing. Besides trying to fulfil the obvious functions that a landscape is expected to fulfil.

Client’s Aspiration & Experience

For us every project is different as it would have a different focus, client’s aspiration, brief, size, scale, and context. Besides the logical and ecological objectives, we endeavour to satiate the experiential needs as much for the user. A small residential garden is as important a milestone as any other larger commission.
