Spread over 165 Acres, the Jharkhand High Court complex is the largest High Court complex in the country. It is designed to be a sustainable project with low energy requirements. Over 4500 saplings have been planted. The existing site features such as vegetation, ponds and topography have been respected while designing. There is a contiguous network of open spaces in form of parks, roads & green belts which not only promotes an ecological corridor but also gives opportunities for alternative routes.
Landscape design focusses on providing a safe environment for users, be it seamless accessibility, safe pedestrian & vehicular movement, or visual surveillance. The Primary Circular Road provides ample opportunities for a scenic drive along the greens and is shaded with evergreen stately trees.
